Return and Refund Policy
At Meera Bhakti Raga, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
Return Window
Customers may request a return, replacement, or refund within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for return, the product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags, labels, invoices, and accessories intact.
Eligible Returns
Returns or replacements may be accepted if:
1. The product received is damaged or defective.
2. The wrong product was delivered.
3. The product is missing parts or accessories.
4. The product is significantly different from what was shown on our website.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or video proof.
Please email us at support@meerabhaktiraga.com with your order number and clear images/videos of the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:
1. Customized or personalized products
2. Used, washed, worn, or altered products
3. Products without original packaging, tags, or invoice
4. Gift cards or digital products
5. Clearance sale or final sale items
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be processed through bank transfer, UPI, or store credit.
Replacement
If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we may offer a replacement subject to stock availability.
If the same product is not available, we may offer a refund, store credit, or an alternative product of similar value.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our mistake, such as a damaged, defective, or wrong product, we will cover the return shipping cost.
For other approved returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.
Original shipping charges, COD charges, and payment gateway charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may request a return after delivery if the product meets our return eligibility conditions.
